Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality and the packaging is complete. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 3 days. The payment will be refunded after we receive the goods.

For the right to rescind the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to supervise the preservation of the product. If the goods are destroyed or damaged, the customer cannot refund them. If the value drops as a result of opening the product’s packaging or checking its functionality, it means the consumer cannot write a refund request.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
